2. Products and authenticity
We sell generic and house-brand products. Product names and images describe the style of a product; unless expressly stated, products are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party brand, and we do not sell counterfeit goods as genuine branded products. Images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly.
3. Prices
All prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately before you place your order. Promotional prices are valid while stocks last or until the stated end date. Wholesale prices are available only to approved resellers and apply when the product’s minimum order quantity is met.
4. Orders and availability
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order and your payment has been verified. We only accept orders for products whose availability is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and refund any amount paid for that item.
5. Payment
We accept EFT/bank transfer, buy now pay later (instalments) and, for collections, payment on collection. Orders are never treated as paid until payment has been verified by us. Buy-now-pay-later is subject to the instalment provider’s approval and terms.
6. Delivery
See our Delivery Policy.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You have a 7-day cooling-off right for online purchases and the right to return defective goods within 6 months. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
9. Privacy
We process personal information in line with POPIA — see our Privacy Policy.
10. Disputes
Please contact us first so we can resolve any complaint. You may also approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
