Can I buy now and pay later?+
Yes! Choose Buy now, pay later at checkout to split your purchase into instalments. After placing your order we send you a secure instalment link, and your order is confirmed as soon as your first payment is verified.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
EFT / bank transfer, buy now pay later, Stitch Pay Later (monthly instalments via Stitch’s secure checkout, subject to approval), and pay on collection (for collection orders). We never mark an order as paid until payment has been verified.
Do you deliver nationwide?+
Yes, we deliver across South Africa by courier or to a courier locker. Delivery fees are shown in your cart before checkout. See our Delivery Policy.
How do I track my order?+
Log in to My Account to see your order status, payment status and tracking number once your order is dispatched.
What does “Supplier direct” mean?+
Supplier-direct items are dispatched straight from our supplier rather than from TWT stock. They may arrive separately and take a few extra days.
Why can’t I order some products?+
We only sell products whose availability has been confirmed. If you see “Availability being confirmed”, tap “Ask on WhatsApp” and we’ll let you know.
Are your products original brands?+
We sell generic and TWT house-brand products at competitive prices. We do not sell copies as genuine branded goods.
How do I become a reseller?+
Complete the reseller registration form. Once our team approves your application, log in with the same email to see wholesale prices.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale?+
Each product has its own minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing — it’s shown next to the wholesale price once you are approved.
Can I return an item?+
Yes. You can cancel within 7 days of delivery (ECT Act) and return defective goods within 6 months (CPA). See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How is my personal information protected?+
We process your information in line with POPIA, use HTTPS throughout, and only share what is necessary to deliver your order. See our Privacy Policy.
