Delivery charges
Delivery fees depend on the delivery option you choose and are always shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order. Current options and fees are listed in your cart. Some options offer free delivery above a minimum order value.
Delivery areas and times
- Courier door-to-door: most South African addresses, typically 3–5 working days after payment is verified.
- Courier locker / pick-up point: typically 3–6 working days.
- Remote and rural areas may take longer.
- Collection: by arrangement — we’ll contact you when your order is ready.
TWT stock vs. supplier-direct items
Each product is labelled TWT stock (held in our own stock and dispatched by us) or Supplier direct (dispatched directly by our supplier). Supplier-direct items may arrive separately and can take an additional 2–5 working days. Products whose availability has not been confirmed cannot be ordered.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are dispatched once payment has been verified. When your parcel is dispatched, the courier name and tracking number appear on your order page and in your account dashboard.
Receiving your order
Please check your parcel on delivery. If it is damaged or incomplete, note this with the courier and contact us within 48 hours.
